How to colour your Mugi
The Mugi-Sim can read a png texture file. We can use this texture file to colour your Mugi.
You can give your Mugi a personal touch or maybe use the game to visualise your coloring ideas for a real life Mugi.
To follow this guide you'll need some photo editing software.
We're going to use Pixlr but any photo editor is fine.
Pixlr works from your browser so it does not require any install.
Open Pixlr using the link above and click on your countries flag.
Choose the option 'Open image from computer'.
Find the Mugi Sim folder in your Program Files and look in the 'textures' folder.
To start, pick the texture "blank.png". This is a blank template for the Mugi shape.
Using this template you can colour every part of the model, or even just write your name on the wing.
Once you've finished your design save your image with a suitable name. i.e. 'yourname.png'.
Reload the game and select model bench. You should see your texture in the list.
Highlight this texture using the arrow keys. The Mugi should now be coloured using your new design.
